      Pros

      Ummm. Being a 10%er when you start means nothing but heartache now!

      Cons

      When you become a 90%er you will have a semi regular stat time. It usually will be @ 1400, or 2:00pm. And that is where you will stay! You will never be human! I would rather be a 10%er working whenever. I took three steps forward and got punched 10 steps back!

      Union members are paid well and are offered job protection.

      Cons

      Employees get bumped out of bids alot. Constantly changing shifts, sometimes days to nights.
