      they pay you on time.

      Cons

      They pay like crap and treat the supervisors like they are completely replaceable. I would not recommend anyone applying for this job ever.

      Pros

      Good management team, decent pay. Good place to get experience and move on. If you can manage the teamster workforce there you can make it anywhere.

      Cons

      union company, meaning the inmates run the terminal. company benefits aren't what they used to be. The company is in poor financial health so pay increases are few and far between.

      We came through some rocky times 95%of us put our best foot forward. The company has a lot of upside potential. We have the people to get the job done.

      Cons

      The union is stuck in 1940 fails to see the market in today's light. Our area vp is hard working too bad he has a lot of yes people around him.
