      Pros

      Small IT shop with some basic PMO processes. Lots of mainframe and some midrange with Oracle. Nice environment, but low margins. Good opportunities for advancement into management when I was there. Also good opportunities to stretch and take on new assignments by showing initiative.

      Cons

      When I was there there were ongoing workforce reductions occurring pretty regularly. Always concerned about margins.

      Understanding if what jobs needs to be done between management and union employees. Meet and greet new faces, networking. Availability to move up IF waring to move.

      Loss of minor communication between evening and day supervision.

      Pros

      It is a that has good job security and is great experience.

      Cons

      Management only worry about load factor and bills per hour because they receive bonuses every year if they make goal. Instead of them being customer service oriented their more self goal oriented. Terminal manager and assistants are very unfair and I'm only referring to the terminal I work at.
