      Pros

      Used to be the salary but since we merged 7 years ago they took 15% and no raises since.

      Cons

      Management has completely lost touch with what matters, the customer. Morale is horrible.

      union pay and benefits.job also has a high demand for qualified drivers there for their is maximum job security

      Cons

      the most challenging aspect to the job is variable work schedule working nites weekends and holidays.driving in adverse weather conditions can also be of concern

      Senior management and front-line people have a handle on what needs to happen to fix and grow the firm.

      Cons

      Middle management seems to be more interested in retaining their jobs than moving the company forward. Too many "managers" who manage no one.
