      Some managers are wonderful, encourage you, and bring out the best in everyone.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT bullies, who cost the company thousands by missing work, and lack of direction.

      Decent Pay. Terrible Environment.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were adequate for dock supervisors.

      Cons

      Most forklift drivers made more than managers and supervisors and the union made it almost impossible to hold anyone accountable which made for a very negative working environment.

      The benefits. Job security. The pay is in the top 10% of industry, but not the highest.

      Cons

      You have to fight for your self. The Union doesn't help as much as expected. Honor based system in pay.
