      Good People, Decent Pay, Long Term Commitment

      Unfair, You get looked over frequently,. Disconnect and miscommunication. PTO is sad, moving up is slow, benefits are terrible

      Paid weekly, Low cost high quality healthcare, sick days, vacation days, b-day, anniversary days off, laid back work environment for the most part, newer equipment showing up, overtime during busy months.

      Cons

      15% pay cut has brought down the hourly wage quite a bit below other LTL companies.

      Pros

      Paid health insurance for you and family. Easy job, most of coworkers willing to help. Union.

      Cons

      Incompetent human resource, got start date wrong, quoted the wrong hourly wage, and no real explanation of how the union works. Was hired on as full time and told that I would have a set shift to work one day and the next day I was informed that I be on call status. There is no way to have a personal life and no guarantee that you will even be working. So if you want a mediocre job with low pay and no personal life this is the place to go to.
