      People here are really friendly and supportive, regular acknowledgement and appreciation, work from home is good to balance life and work (depends on manager)

      salary and health benefits could be better, tech stack could be better,

      Pros

      Based on my work here, I learned to do plenty of research on a company before accepting a job. I also learned how not to manage people and treat employees if you want them to do good work.

      Cons

      The company is in the negative in terms of income, and this definitely reflects in the corporate culture. Every employee is seen as more of a number instead of a person. When I went to leave, they attempted to guilt-trip me into staying, and when that didn't work, they resorted to passive aggressive hostility.

      Pros

      Small IT shop with some basic PMO processes. Lots of mainframe and some midrange with Oracle. Nice environment, but low margins. Good opportunities for advancement into management when I was there. Also good opportunities to stretch and take on new assignments by showing initiative.

      Cons

      When I was there there were ongoing workforce reductions occurring pretty regularly. Always concerned about margins.
