Pros
Lots of room in the parking lot since less employees, the merger was a really bad idea i think.
Cons
Since merger, nothing much good has happened. Stock has been dropping since 2005 when they slowly let small groups of people go, They did not have to notify the state doing it that way, how clever of them.
