Pros

Great mission with national brand recognition and a well developed national strategy for advocacy. Many resources to develop brand knowledge and great social media management.

Cons

Horrible work culture with no room for growth. Lack of professional development opportunities and often no cooperation between departments.

-flexibility -actually see the impact on peoples lives

Cons

-management is ineffecient -alot of management decisions are made by emotions and not facts or numbers -management didnt know how to perform our job duties, so we couldnt go to seek help from them
