Pros

Helping families within the community by providing resources and information. Some of the staff are caring, helpful women that work diligently to bring change to the lives of the unfortunate.

Cons

Very low pay, location is inside of a run down mall, upper management can be pretentious and not very diverse (no men in the workplace)! A staff full of women can be distasteful if the women are jealous, catty and unsupportive of their co-workers.

Pros

Employee Benefits, Mission if applied would be a pro, variety of services, Central Location for community, Many hard working individuals that follow the mission.

Cons

Favoritism, Raises and promotions based on favoritism rather than skill, experience, or seniority, unbalanced workload also based on favoritism. Employees are cliquish and you will struggle to succeed here if not part of the "in crowd". Given the magnitude of the mission it is unfortunate that all of the above takes precedence over the reason they are there.
