Pros

The ability to help clients rebuild their lives is a wonderful opportunity that has rewards that go beyond pay or advancement. Seeing clients grow and become people they are proud to be is rewarding and fulfilling at a level not often part of a job.

Cons

Focus seems to be on everything but what is best for the clients some days. The treatment of staff is at best negative and to some degree lacks support, and often carries lost opportunity to learn from those with experience. There are those who seem to be narrow minded and one tracked in how they deal with things. People are not all one size fits all.
