Pros

I really believe in the cause and everybody that I work with is really committed to the cause. Working at a job that you love and fighting for a cause that you truly believe in really makes the difference. I have flexible hours and can work from home which is definitely a perk!

Cons

Everything tends to move very slowly. If you e-mail your manager, it might take awhile for them to get back to you - even if it is a "I'll look into it for you". You can expect to wait another week or so before you receive another response. There's also lots of red tape, which further slows things down.
