Pros
There's a lot of smart people there and there's also constant change so you'll rarely be bored. It's a pretty fun environment to be in. People are mostly friendly. The company is extremely good about responding to social challenges (being green, volunteer work, donations, etc).
Cons
Management is inept to the point that it's nearly impossible to get things done. There's also so much bureaucracy that it's become a laughing matter. Parking can be an adventure in itself. And you'll tire of the cafeteria food. It doesn't help that there aren't many other places to dine within walking distance.
