      Great benefits, great history and recognition, excellent resources

      Cons

      Poor management, poor communication, too much bureaucracy that makes business slow to a halt, their way of giving feedback is to belittle or ignore. Your a nobody if you don't have a phd or md.

      Pros

      Good students, good food, food atmosphere, not that dangerous when you do not go out into the city, great benefits, great co-workers, great city overall.

      Cons

      Only have one complaint and that's how they need to provide us with more working hours. at other universities, some stores are open longer.

      Yale is no longer as great as it once was. The administrative structure must be reorganized if it is going to survive.

      Pros

      The benefits are amazing and it is the best place to work in CT.

      Cons

      They are still in the past and need to think about the future. This is a school that has been around longer than the federal government, and I can guarantee that it has more bureaucracy than the federal government.
