nd and then cancel the last minute, so you can't enjoy your weekend if you have plans. Didn't get my raise when I should have accordingly. Toxic environment. The air quality is terrible, if you have asthma be careful working here. I'm sure there is black mold and other toxins in that building. The company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH..So many people come and go here, the turnover rate is high and I definitely see why. The company can't keep up with their bills for the material..so the workers have to work on a Saturday just to keep up due to presses being down due to lack of material during the work week. That's happened twice since I've been there. 2nd shift is strict and feels like jail, no enjoyment at this place. The building really should get the air quality tested, I was always sick and congested there, could barely breath and I have heard of many coworkers complaining of similar symptoms. It's a CANCER forming environment. TOXIC
