      Pros

      Easy work if trained correctly. However, training is all over the place so you never know everything. Always feel overwhelmed & confused. But, there are several Fans.

      Cons

      You work with children. Co- workers constantly bickering and it's a distraction. SCHEDULED TO WORK OT ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Isn't LABOR DAY our well deserved Holiday Off? Time for new employment.

      Decent health benefits and very nice office with updated amenities If you are willing to work hard and take on multiple people's responsibilities, there are plenty of opportunities for you to move up.

      Strong influence from the Chinese headquarters, toxic management culture, no work life balance.

      Leadership is terrible (Offshore and onshore)- They are not listening to what the employees need to do their jobs properly. Business is losing money and we keep cutting heads, no merit increases for 3 yrs. Keep changing leaders was John Kinnick, now its Chunfeng Xu
