Great Coworkers, Not So Great Company and Leadership
Pros
- There's still great people at this company, although most are gone by now - The Novi Office is very nice, the lunch option and other amenities are great - There's a lot of opportunity to show your worth, just don't expect to get compensated or promoted for it - Somewhat flexible schedule, but still required long hours - Old North American leadership was very kind, but did not know how to lead a profitable and competitive company
Cons
- Excessive amount of politics and internal fighting - Leadership was completely blind of anything that was happening at the company, including upper level corporate functions - QAD and other IT disasters - Complete disconnect from modern automotive business practices - Financially this company is an absolute mess with little investment from the parent company - Very likely this company will not be in business much longer - So many more to list, but you get the point
