Horrible culture, bad financial decisions

Does not value employees, they are just interchangeable sheep. New CEO is a head slasher that couldn't lead a company to save his life. In the strongest economy in years, they had to lay off hundreds of employees. Shutting down the engineering Customer Center, which makes the customers question their decision making. Told all employees in Holland that "Holland is not the center of the universe" and told them they need to move to Novi, MI. Now that most of them have decided to leave, they are scrambling and making empty promises to get them to stay. CEO was formerly part of Visteon management team that did the exact same thing. Less than 10% of the employees moved with Visteon. CEO is not smart enough to realize the exact same thing would happen. I think someone from Holland beat him up when he was a kid and now he just hates Holland, MI. Please, do yourself a favor, do not work at Yanfeng. There are better jobs available.
