-Favoritism, team leads let employees be lazy if they're friends or want to sleep with them and expects others to pick up the slack -Expensive insurance -Old and bad equipment -Bad training, trainers give you a short explanation and walk off to talk with friends -Management encourages high turnover to keep the union out -Unsafe, management regularly ignores lifting restrictions, you'll get pointed for an absence if you go home injured too -Shift rivalry, expect to clean up everyone else's mess since the three shifts are so separate it might as well be three different factories -No night shift HR, night shift has to come in when they should be sleeping to talk with HR about anything
