      Good environment, good jobs, pays well, for an operator level position, local would recommend to some one for a first starting job.

      Cons

      Low bonuses,bad HR management, an average employer in West Michigan, high spectations. And low chances to advance in the company

      Pros

      Fair starting wages, good benefit/insurance package, usually plenty of overtime available.

      Cons

      Terrible communication between management and employees. Also, supervisors show a lot of favortism to some employees, and don't apply the rules equally to everyone.
