Very flexible wortimes (depending on bosses opinion about how important family life is)

Cons

Doesn't master how good a performance review is (several year in row over performance) no chance to speed up carrer and get a promotion based on performance. Stuck after 5 years in dev. No matter how much effort.

workers were great to work with, management was hit and miss, and hours were good.

Cons

its auto industry, so alot of layoffs. upper management could care less about people... tried to get union in, but union buster succeeded, so no union.
