      One of the best company in Pune if want to work in Client Services

      Pros

      If you have client perspective for stable base product with evolving ancillary services around tha product and want to grow then this is the BEST company.

      Cons

      You will only see benefits after couple of years of patience and domain knowledge learning. Less technical growth in Client services.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours that you set for yourself. Great team that help you every time you ask for help. Stress free environment.

      Cons

      There are some limitations regarding PTO. You can't always go on PTO if you cannot find a back up.

      Stable environment for a fresher

      Pros

      You are protected from challenges from emerging technologies as Yardi is a legacy ERP product and this industry is 5-10 years behind the technology curve. Pretty relaxed atmosphere as company is cash rich and a market leader with little competition.

      Cons

      Overall a good company to work with.
