      Pros

      Friendly management, I found it easy to move from a team to another. They also try to make you stay within the team for as long as possible.

      Cons

      Schedule was either from 3pm to 11.30 pm or from 3.30pm to 12am.

      Solid Company....Fun to work for

      Pros

      Excellent work environment. From the great people you work with, to the managers, everyone gets along and are all working towards the same goals. Managers genuinely care about your career and how things are going in your life. The company is great at keeping the environment fun with social events. I've loved everyday I come into this office. Company vision is always transparent and it makes it easy for you to feel like you have a voice in what's coming in the future. CEO has a real passion and it shows in his vision and direction that he lays out for the company, I have never once in the last 10+ years felt concerned about where the company is headed and what its doing.

      Cons

      This isn't a Con that only affects Yardi, but with large companies in general. Sometimes it feels like you can get lost/forgotten about due to all of the offices and people around the world. I know that everyone feels like they have issues that are "the most important" and it can be hard to handle everything in this manner, but I feel like that are definitely some policy/procedure changes that could be attempted that can help everyone work together in a more cohesive/cooperative fashion.

      Great place to work in Saskatoon

      Pros

      I work in the Saskatoon office, the attitude and culture in the teams here is great. Teams are built well and get along so they can get a lot done while still having fun with each other. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and management is understanding and accommodating of peoples needs.

      Cons

      Sometimes being part of a very large US based company means there are some rules and/or policies that get implemented in our "small" office that seem ridiculous because they only really make sense in a large office. None of these are deal breakers but they can be annoying at times.
