All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. Best of luck in your future!

Pros

Overall Yardi has a supportive culture, despite some bad apples. A good stepping stone job with solid benefits.

Cons

Yardi is a company very much adherent to an old school “horizontal” business model, for better or worse. Micromanagement has become the norm. Huge importance placed on performance metrics, but the standards are always changing. High employee turnover. Don’t expect much room for growth outside of adding titles to your current role. Also the pay is not enough for the cost of living in Santa Barbara, many lower level employees are forced to live elsewhere and commute.

Our eLearning team is continuously working on classroom trainings and online classes to help employees grow, as well as regular trainings for managers. We offer tuition reimbursement which applies to your current role or a future career path at Yardi that you would like to explore. We encourage you to schedule time with your manager or HR to discuss opportunities for growth. Thank you.
