Friendly work culture. Provides a wide array of learning opportunities and provides a lot of the experience needed for other positions at other companies.

Cons

Pay is below the average for the time and experience provided as compared to other companies. There does not seem to be much care for employee retention at times. Promotions feel railroaded depending on department.
