      Training is not helpful. Management is unorganized. Processes are inconsistent. Heavy workload. Pushing more AI. Concerns of lay offs.

      Good culture but low pay

      Pros

      Good culture, everyone is super nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      Low pay and okay benefits. 1 day of in-office is completely unnecessary. Most people don’t even interact with each other in office. Management just wants to assert their power and micromanage. Work is boring.
