We encourage employees to spend a few days each week connecting and collaborating with coworkers on site. Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see healthy salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge.
