Thank you for your 6 years with Yardi and for the stellar review! It is wonderful to hear that you enjoy our flexible and understanding approach to hybrid work in which employees are on-site 1 day per week (and we are not aware of any changes to this in the future). We appreciate hearing from you!

We appreciate your 4 years with Yardi Irving and are so happy to hear that you enjoyed our flexible hybrid work model and our competitive pay practices. We care deeply for employee wellbeing and happiness and have zero tolerance for favoritism or discrimination of any kind. We highly encourage anyone with concerns or who feels negatively impacted by something to schedule time to meet with the VP of HR to further discuss.

Pros

great managers overall, nice work/life balance, and achievable expectations

Cons

Communication isn't the best and you learn how to pivot quickly. Before... promotions used to be based on good work. Now they have this 2 year minimum before giving out promotions which rewards tenure and not hard work. This punishes employees that try and reward lazy employee with promotions as long as they stay with the company.

Thank you for sharing about your experience as an Associate Technical Account Manager in our Santa Ana location. We are so glad to hear that you have positive work life balance, that you have supportive managers, and that you have clear and achievable expectations in your role! We respect your opinion; however, some of your comments are not in keeping with what we hear from others ATAMs. Our promotions (which are based on merit and performance) happen consistently through the company and there are no specific time parameters in which a promotion would take place. Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss their goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see salary increases as our employees continue to grow in their roles with Yardi. We take pride in our caring culture and transparency and genuinely encourage anyone who feels negatively impacted by something to schedule time with the VP of Human Resources to further discuss.
