Pros

Very flexible work-life balance. Decent benefits.

Cons

Zero guidance, no real organization within teams. They lied about job responsibilities during interviews. Applied for category management and ended up doing basic data entry. Ended up quiet quitting.

Easy calls and good insurance

Cons

Horrible management. Management is very out of touch with the calls agents receive and often times aren’t able to answer questions agents have on leasing calls. HR is no help when having actual problems with your lead.

At Yardi culture embodies kindness, mentorship, and transparency Our talented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) play a critical role in our continued growth and success, and have ongoing training, weekly team scrums, and 1:1 coaching so they can develop, collaborate, and work with autonomy as they become increasingly confident in their roles. Before moving into management, our Team Leaders (TLs) establish solid foundations in CSR roles (often times for many years) and receive extensive training so they can effectively communicate with and coach others and use their knowledge base and proven success in client support to guide their teams. Our TLs consistently take escalated calls, helping with complex situations as well as regular calls so they understand the inquiries Leasing Agents are fielding and can provide clear direction and actionable goals. In addition, calls are reviewed by TLs and QA to ensure that CSRs are receiving the guidance and support needed to take care of client needs. We genuinely encourage anyone who feels negatively impacted by something to give us the opportunity to help by scheduling time with the VP of HR to further discuss. At Yardi we are fortunate to have incredible employees, many of whom stay long term with the company as they advance in their careers, and we offer healthy salary increases as employees grow in their roles and gain subject matter knowledge. We strive to remain an employer of choice with competitive pay practices, comprehensive benefits, and generous profit sharing (which employees are fully vested in when they have been with the company for three years). Though we can understand the difficulties that come with natural attrition, we have added over 1,000 new employees during the past year and Yardi continues to be a great place to work. We are sorry to hear that you were not a happier employee and wish you all the best in your future.
