      Pros

      Great colleagues, friendly environment. The company is growing quickly so new opportunities open up frequently. Not a bad place to get started.

      Cons

      There is not adequate training or compensation for employees. As a result there is high turnover and the people that tend to leave are the most skilled. The management is incredibly reactionary and the company as a whole is pretty nepotistic. People get promoted based on time at the company over skill and hard work.

      Pros

      Fairly good benefits package. Management does not micromanage employees

      Cons

      Bandwidth for any position is often exceeded. Employees could effectively work from home on an as needed basis, but it is frowned upon. Upper management does not heed the warnings of lower level employees. There is very little coaching,goal setting and employee improvement planning (again, not enough time to pour into employees)

      Pros

      Definitely the people. There is generally a caring attitude toward employees and clients alike. The products are varied enough to work with that there is no reason to ever get bored. The company is growing and you can make your own path in lot of ways. It is an easy, relaxed environment.

      Cons

      The company has grown quickly and many people have been promoted into management with no training or knowledge of doing their jobs. Promotions and salaries, as well as opportunities are not equal company-wide. If one office is expanding, then relatively new employees will be promoted and those in other offices are not given the opportunity to apply for those positions.
