Pros

Absolutely loved the people I worked with

Cons

Very low pay compared to competition. For being such a large global company, it's run like a tiny mom and pop shop. The organization sticks to tradition and does not have a growth mindset. Come here if you dislike change and process/performance improvement. Very behind the times in internal technology (surprising for a tech company).

We’re glad you enjoyed the people you worked with. All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. We work to have the newest technology available to both employees and clients and are always looking for ways to improve. Our employees play a major role in the growth of Yardi and we encourage the sharing of ideas with management to help us do so. We wish you the best of luck in your future.

Pros

Good work life balance, laid back attitude, good products

Cons

Internal systems need to be vastly improved - Accounting, sales operations, and staff do not have an accountability system in place which causes issues with clients and prospects alike. Company is not sales oriented which allows certain sales reps to "coast" while not providing good incentives for high performers Goals are unrealistic for the small and mid market - I could imagine only 15% of the overall salesforce hits their yearly goals.

Our Sales team is a key point in providing our clients with superior products and outstanding customer service. We take pride in our culture and transparency and live by our corporate motto on a daily basis - to take care of our clients, take care of our employees, and take care of our communities. As part of our annual planning, we carefully review the sales goals for all of our teams; and achievable goals are set based on an analysis of market conditions. Yardi maintains a competitive compensation plan and is able to attract and retain some of the best salespeople in our industry. As with all sales organizations, it is up to the individual sales rep to hit his or her goals. We encourage you to schedule time with Senior Management or HR to further discuss your concerns. Thank you for your review.
