Our Yardi trainers strive to set employees up for success by providing fundamentals and quality ongoing training for each employee, and we offer perks such as tuition reimbursement so employees can pursue additional avenues of professional interest. We strongly encourage employees to meet regularly with their managers to discuss their goals, and find ways to be best supported, and HR has an open-door policy to provide additional support. We genuinely encourage anyone who has questions or concerns to reach out to their manager or our VP of Human Resources to discuss further.

Great company and great company culture Does a good amount of charity work Comfy job to get complacent in considering benefits Company hosts quite a few employee get together type of events End of year bonuses Equipment provision during COVID

Pay is so-so for the area Extreme time tracking and monitoring Time logging can be excessive Some clients can make the job miserable Career growth is relatively difficult to achieve Relatively overworked employees

Pros

- Excellent benefits - Wonderful employee events - They know how to pick good people to work with - HR is very accommodating with workplace enhancements like standing desks - Anant the CEO is very kind and approachable.

Cons

- The pay here is not good. However, After you leave Yardi you can make good money from your knowledge. - People who think differently are not exactly valued although innovation is supposed to be a core value. Politics is alive here. - You either land on a team with a hard manager or director and feel a sense of perpetual panic or another department where you mostly scroll social media to run out the clock. I was on the other team with everyone in the department over stressed and complaining about management. - The customer comes first but be careful of the internal politics.
