      Autonomy provided to drive my own success, multiple opportunities to provide feedback and direction for products and services, great efforts equate to great opportunities, ability to learn edge technologies and continue my technical growth, fun environment to work with people who care about me and my success, recently added parental leave shows the care for the employees and their familes

      Cons

      Acquisitions were slow to onboard initially, but now the priority is placed for rapid integration. Please continue to do so moving forward.

      We are glad you are enjoying working in the Austin office. It is true that sometimes acquisitions can start with slow a onboarding process but we are learning from a number of acquisitions in the past couple of years how to improve our process and help offices grow.       Great benefits and flexible work schedules

      Cons

      Lack of training and accountability. Company is divided between divisions Yardi Energy & Yardi but is suppose to be one company. Therefore all practices and policies should be uniform. Meaning salary scale, annual raise review , promotions should be seamless
