      The training was great and everyone here wants to help with questions that you may have. Everyday I come in to work there Is always something going on that makes this job fun to work at. Please yardi dont change a thing it is perfect the way it is . Thanks .

      Super friendly management, healthcare is great, very stress free environment.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of training, commission goals are unreasonable, CRM System is very disorganized, different departments of the company don't communicate well

Sales employees receive a base salary each month and have the ability to also earn commissions based on meeting specific goals for their region.
