      Pros

      Very friendly, casual. Everybody are willing to help others in anyway to get the job done. Very good training

      Cons

      The training is good, however I think needs to be a little restructured so for new employees have better understanding of the subject. Rather than giving all the information early on and leave the rest on e-learning

      Good company to work in for work/life balance

      Pros

      Industry standard benefits, fair pay, taking care of employees, friendly environment, fast promotion if you get along well with others and put in the work

      Cons

      takes at least a few months to get trained/get a hang of things, dealing with difficult clients can be stressful - if you don't like customer service, don't do this.
