      Yardi’s benefits include 100% paid health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, and profit sharing. Our Sales team is a key point of our success and while there were some changes this year within Sales, we are always working to provide our clients with superior products and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately it sounds like it was not the best environment for your needs. We wish you the best!

      Good Company With great People

      Pros

      Yardi is a great place for career growth, making friends & have a good kick start to your career.. One of my favorite parts about Yardi is employer's emphasis on employee wellness and work life balance. Also, there's So much to learn from peers.

      Cons

      Technology which we work on is not the latest and can be a downside for career growth since you actually are not learning the latest technology that are in market.
