Good work life balance but no technical growth.

Good Work life balance. People are very helpful

Cons

Majority of the development is done in US. Only Bug fixing is done here.. At Junior level only sql bug fixes. Even if you get development that would be writing sql queries in txt file and putting it in some folder in server,. Majorly bug fixing in reporting nothing more. After few days you will be might have good sql bug fixing skills (not development skills mind you) but there will be no technical skills. Flat structure. No business analyst. As a developer you should know domain as well as sql skills. All employees including managers fix bugs. I would not recommend for those who want to explore technologies. Career comes to halt here in terms of technology.

Pros

One of the best companies to work for. I had to resign because my family was moving ,else I would have certainly retired with Yardi! Great learning opportunities, amazing managers. They encourage you and make sure to bring out the best in you. They support you in every way possible for your overall growth as a professional. Perfect work life balance and they pay you really well. What more can one ask.

Cons

None. Not that every company is perfect but cons like too much onsite travel can sometimes be overwhelming but they tell you about it very clearly while interviewing.
