      Pros

      Nice people to work with, interesting technology and lots of variety in the work. The company is international and there are opportunities to live and work in other countries. retention rates are staggeringly high with many employees there 20 y plus, which suggests they are doing a lot right

      Cons

      Some beauracracy, unduly tight travel and expenses policy, and you will travel a lot as a consultant. It's quite a deep hierarchy and flip side of high retention rates is that opportunities for advancement can be limited.

      - Limited ability for career advancement depending on your role, as it's a small team - Being a small satellite office of a large organization can be cumbersome - Rebuilding team since sale/restructuring

      Pros

      Yardi Systems is a great, positive environment for its employees and I enjoy coming to work every morning. I definitely enjoy the company culture and wearing casual business attire. The management is very understanding and truly care about the growth their employees. Every day is different in terms of the types of issues and cases that are being tackled, which makes it more exciting. This position allowed me to gain more customer service skills, broaden my technical skills, and learn more about the industry.

      Cons

      -There is a lack of communication between departments and this can cause issues. -Compensation and starting wage is a bit low compared to other companies -There is a lack of documentation, organization and standardizations of procedures across the company
