Good base with a strong team around you. Company provides you with the resources you need to be successful. Nice company vehicle and a great shop team that keeps all the equipment in top notch. You run your book of business completely independent from other managers and senior staff.

Cons

Any cons with this company can be directly attributed to the industry and not necessarily an issue with Bio.

Sounded like a well put together company with nothing to back it up.

Cons

The Company is suffering from gross corporate structure flaws. It has difficulties with paying commissions in a timely manner. Not recommended for employment. Lack of support from upper level management and accounting departments. Serious loss of communications with regard to their work order, performance, invoicing processes. No safety culture.
