Paid holidays off Stable job Interesting Jerry Springer drama in regards to residents, makes your day go by faster.

Cons

Long hours, your also an admin so anything can be asked of you. If your community manager don’t know what they doing than your running around like a chicken without a head. Company wants you to kill yourself for little pay.

Pros

The culture is quite different from other companies. Brand new state of the art home office, great employees and a very upbeat mentality. You walk into work ready to go and positive. Hours are flexible around tough schedules, directors are great and have great insight for the team. Great opportunities for growth.

None really, content with just about everything

Pros

Endless amounts of support, fun atmosphere, team environment and great work life balance. I could not say enough good things about Yes! I have never worked for a company with a present CEO, Steve does a fabulous with staying engaged with avenues of the business.

Cons

In my department, I wish we had a better ATS system for better organization. There are honestly no real cons since I have been working at Yes!
