People in the community and the team were good people.

Cons

Success in the community depends on the manager's decision. If they do a good job, the people in the community are happy. If they don't, people are angry and that makes you work hard.

Pros

Meet alot of new people. Residents are usually very pleasant and make days better.

Cons

Company is very cheap and dies not take into consideration what lower level employees recommend. There is a lot of favoritism and employees get treated differently based off of personal friendships with management.
