      Pros

      I have learned so much in the 4 years I've been employed with YES!. The team I work with and the Executives have always provided me support throughout my growth within the company, and allowed me great opportunity. I've found that culture is key to happy employees and YES! does an awesome job of creating culture from the top down. With past employers, I have found this very hard to find. As with any job or company, you expect that if you work hard and put your heart into something, you will be rewarded- that is honestly how YES! works.

      Worst job I've ever had!

      The worst manager I've ever seen, bar none. Tried to totally rule people with fear and contempt, totally disrespectfull to everyone, even residents. She was fired not long after I left. But what Kim ever saw in her as a leader, I will never understand.
