Pros

Changes your job on whim when they fire people without cause. No leadership, no control, put you in situations to fail.

Cons

Everything, there's no trust. Routinely get threatened by employees, residents, supervisors, and subcontractors. Hire unqualified people into the company and then chase off competent employees hy allowing a toxic work environment. Had to block phone numbers and refuse to walk in the office because of rude/disrespectful/unprofessional behavior by multiple members of the staff. Was put into multiple police reports because of crimes that occured on the property. No training, no supervision, it's just a free for all that allows co-workers to exactly personal vendettas against other people. Easily some of the worst customer services ever experienced. The equipment provided was substandard and out dated, but you will be required to go above and beyond without the tools needed to do that job. Corporate only cares about their paycheck but they want you to bend over backwards to make sure they get paid. The worst treatment I've experienced working for someone in over 20 years, don't ever deal with these people who use their authority to exact revenge on anyone who opposes them, residents and employees alike
