Pros

Great office, many people are lovely, management is just a mess.

Cons

Very old school place -- the kind of place where you'd have to take PTO just to go to a dentist appointment. They watch everything you do and use jargon language to make it feel like they care for you. Met some lovely folks, but overall the place just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Pros

Can make a decent wage

Cons

They put way too much on their sales team. They have unrealistic goals and it causes burnout quick. It feels dreadful coming in. They ask for our opinions, but in the end they do not care what we think. As long as we make the company more and more money. We are given more duties yearly and more pressure yearly. It is high stress and too many days a week with little to no benefit. Many clicks and favoritism in this company. High turnover and always new rules that are not good. Lower pay, less time off, no training, more tasks, more berating. It’s almost abusive. But some of us need jobs so we reluctantly stay and pray something better comes along.
