      Pros

      30 minute lunches for corporate, my managers have always been very flexible when i needed a day off. I get to travel time to time which is great to get a break out of the office. 401K is matched as well so its practically free money.

      Cons

      Just typical "desk" job things such as sitting behind a desk for hours but you find ways to make it through and make it a great day. This is with any desk job of course.
