They provide employees a great opportunity to take ownership of the community they work in creating an environment employees can look forward to investing their time in daily. The culture is alive within the ranks and is shared with the residents we serve. In my 5+ years with the company, I feel my efforts have been acknowledged which encourages me to continue to give that extra effort.

Management that cares about customers, vendors, team members, and community. Rare to find this level of care out there today. Has been a pleasure to see so many promoted for merit and recognized for performance. From maintenance to sales and in management. Love that fact that so many of the same people I worked with in maintenance, sales and management on the first day the company was founded are still here today! Gives it a family feel to the workplace!
