Never ending ridiculous changes!

Hard to find one anymore

Cons

Constant, and ridiculous changes on the corporate level that trickle down to the field and cause never ending stress. You can't even keep up with them there are so many policy changes, and your expected to get on board without complaint. This company has become a sellout to investors and banks! Here jump through this hoop that will make your job harder, but ours easier because our lender said so. Top-heavy nonsense that has taken ALL power and decision making from the field and put it in the hands of the corporate puppets. I'm a LONG term employee and I am currently seeking other employment. What a complete shame!
