Lots of opportunities to grow with the company. Great people to work with.

Cons

Very large turnover with staff. A lot of micromanaging. Very unhappy residents.

Drama, Gossip, and relentless wk if not meeting quota

Paid holidays off Stable job Interesting Jerry Springer drama in regards to residents, makes your day go by faster.

Cons

Long hours, your also an admin so anything can be asked of you. If your community manager don’t know what they doing than your running around like a chicken without a head. Company wants you to kill yourself for little pay.
