Pros

The residents Community Small office Usually alone, but overwhelmed because you have assignments and customers. The pool

Cons

Managers are never in the office and forces entire workload on existing staff, gossips constantly, lies, abusive to staff and residents. Constant profanity from lower to Upper management. They finds no qualms with backstabbing, unprofessional language, and constantly leaving their staff for luncheons, their personal doctors appointment and it is okay for managers, but an hourly is threatened if they ask for days off, forced to work the job of 4 people and made to cover for the property mgr. All fear upper mgmt/ the property mgrs especially the residents. Property mgrs pretending to help one another only to use another mgrs weaknesses as ammo against them. It is a dog eat dog world and should be investigated by EEOC for hostile work environments, hour and wage, and fair housing- mgmt will take hours away that was worked and threaten the employee if confronted.

Pros

The health benefits and the nice residents.

Cons

They work you 6 days a week and your the only one there assisting the residents and helping New clients and they still expect you to answer all the calls. To much responsibility for one person.
