Maybe that will bring them back down to earth, because when you hear the COO, Steve, talk about his 10 car garage and the cars that he has in the middle of an area that is filled with site level employees, well the fact that he is boasting about material possessions that these team members can only dream about tells me he and other leadership are way out of touch with their employee's reality.
